I have no idea which subjects I'm actually neglecting until it's too late

I study for hours every week but never track how that time is split across subjects, so I always end up realizing two days before an exam that I basically skipped one class all semester. I want something dead simple to log study time per subject and show me the imbalance before it becomes a problem.
