I spend more time deciding what to watch or read next than actually enjoying it

My shows are split across three streaming apps and my reading list is split across two more, and every night turns into ten minutes of scrolling across all of them before I give up and rewatch something I've already seen. I want one place to keep a single list across everything, so deciding what's next takes seconds, not minutes.
