No easy way to see how much my subscriptions actually cost me per year

I have Netflix, Spotify, a gym app, cloud storage, a couple of newsletters... and I have no idea how much all of that adds up to per year until my bank statement scares me. I'd love something that scans my transactions (or lets me add them manually) and just tells me the real yearly total, warns me before a free trial turns into a charge, and flags subscriptions I haven't actually opened in months.
