Splitting recurring bills with roommates who each pay for a different service

In my apartment one roommate pays electricity, another pays internet, I pay water, and every month we end up doing mental math (badly) to figure out who owes who. Apps like Splitwise are built for one-off expenses, not '3 different recurring bills paid by 3 different people every month'. I want something that just knows the recurring split and tells each of us exactly what to transfer.
