Turning lecture slides into flashcards by hand before exams eats hours I don't have

Before every exam I go through the slides and manually copy definitions and key points into flashcards, which takes way longer than actually studying them. I'd love to upload a PDF or slide deck and get a first draft of flashcards out of it automatically, that I can then edit instead of starting from a blank page.
